The purpose of the NOCCCD Budget Allocation Handbook is to provide a detailed description of the process used by the District to allocate resources. This includes a general description of the NOCCCD Council on Budget and Facilities, the timeline and process for budget development, as well as guiding Board Policies and Administrative Procedures. It also explains how NOCCCD assesses and evaluates the allocation process in order to measure effectiveness.

The Educational and Facilities Master Plan Refresh is a strategic update of the original 2020 plan created by the North Orange County Community College District. This refresh aims to realign the plan with current and future needs through 2030 by addressing changes in educational delivery methods, such as remote and hybrid learning, and adapting to evolving societal and community demands.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Plan focuses on ensuring equal employment opportunities in recruitment and hiring, following Title 5 regulations and addressing underrepresentation of monitored groups. The District also aims to create a welcoming, diverse, and excellence-driven work environment.

The District makes available facilities master plans for all of its campuses. These plans are periodically updated and show the vision, strategies, concepts for future growth.

FUSION (Facilities Utilization, Space Inventory Options Net) is a database of over 90 million square feet of California Community College facilities that tracks the condition assessments and develops cost modeling for maintenance projects, enabling colleges to plan budgets and help facilitate the passing of much-needed state bond measures.

The purpose of the North Orange County Community College District Integrated Planning Manual is to guide institutional planning District-wide. The processes described in this document identify the ways that constituent groups participate in, and contribute to, District-wide long-term and short-term planning and how the planning processes are linked to one another.

For 2023, the North Orange County Community College District has identified 10 crucial legislative priorities—five at the state level and five at the federal level—that are central to advancing the needs of our students, staff, and faculty while ensuring the District’s long-term sustainability.

Adjunct Faculty employed in multiple districts are eligible for the Multi-District health Insurance Reimbursement Program in some circumstances.
