How to setup and make changes to your retirement account
NOCCCD has retained the services of SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union as our Third-Party Administrator for 403(b)/457(b) plans. SchoolsFirst is responsible for day-to-day operational services for these plans. SchoolsFirst Member Retirement Services Representatives are available for:
- Questions or concerns about approved plans, plan benefits, eligibility to participate, elections, etc.
- Plan enrollments, changes, and cancellations
- Plan loans and distributions
