District Partnerships & Programs
Central to NOCCCD’s mission is developing partnerships and programs with local schools, districts, and community organizations to co-create and increase education opportunities in North Orange County, as well as help our employees and students reach their lifelong learning and career goals.
As outlined in the last Educational and Facilities Master Plan, one of our District Strategic Directions is “Collective Impact & Partnerships” defined as developing and sustaining “collaborative projects and partnerships with educational institutions, community-based organizations, and businesses to creative positive change in the region.”
Education Partnerships and Agreements
NOCCCD participates in a variety of educational partnerships and programs with local schools and districts with a goal of supporting student success and increasing equity through education.
This includes working with K-12 districts to encourage and prepare students of all ages for college, as well as giving current college students the resources that will help them excel in their programs and be transfer ready for the four-year degree schools of their choice.
NOCCCD is proud of its articulation agreements with the following regional school districts:
- Anaheim Union High School District
- Fullerton Joint High School District
- Placentia-Yorba Linda High School District

Community Partnerships
Partnerships are a dynamic way to develop and deliver real-world focused programs and general education courses that keep the District and its campuses focused as community learning destinations. Successful outreach and partnerships with local organizations support NOCCCD’s responsibility and commitment to contribute to the surrounding communities in which we live and from which we receive intellectual, academic, and staffing resources.
Campus Food Banks
Every student has a better opportunity to learn and excel when their basic needs are met. All of NOCCCD’s campuses partner with local non-profit organizations to provide food pantries where students can pick up snacks, groceries, and personal hygiene products so they can focus on learning with fewer distractions.
