Management Development Program
The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) values its employees and is committed to supporting them by offering opportunities for professional growth, career advancement, and leadership development.
In alignment with this commitment, NOCCCD's Professional Development Department has launched a District-wide Management Development Program to enhance the skills and potential of our managers, with the goal of driving employee success and fostering institutional transformation.
This program provides a comprehensive approach to management within the community college system, cultivating a broad perspective on effective leadership and guidance. NOCCCD values the strengths and expertise that each employee brings to the District, and this training is designed to build upon those strengths. Through a combination of project-based learning and online modules, participants will develop innovative practices that advance the District's mission, vision, and goals.
