Leadership Academy

The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) deeply values its employees and is dedicated to fostering their professional growth, career advancement, and leadership development. In line with this commitment, the NOCCCD Professional Development Department has created a District-wide Leadership Academy aimed at unlocking employees' potential to enhance student success and drive institutional transformation.

The Leadership Academy offers a comprehensive approach to leadership development, focusing on both personal growth and broader advocacy efforts. This prepares participants to become innovative change agents within the California Community College system. Recognizing and respecting the strengths and expertise each employee brings to the District, the Academy builds on these foundations, using a project-based model to cultivate new practices that advance the District's mission, vision, and goals.
