The North Orange County Community College is committed to complying with all laws that protect qualified individuals with disabilities. How to Submit a Request
- To request an accommodation for a disability or medical condition, please submit the completed Physician’s Statement Form (above), and any additional supporting documentation, to the Office of Human Resources at hr-accommodations@nocccd.edu or fax to (714) 808-4802.
