Adjunct Faculty Benefit Programs
The North Orange County Community College District is pleased to offer three (3) benefit program options for eligible Adjunct Faculty United (Local 6106 AFT/AFL/CIO) unit members. Adjunct Faculty unit members who have an active assignment for the current regular semester (Fall/Spring) may be eligible to participate in one of the available programs.

Voluntary Plans
The District offers voluntary benefits administered through third-party vendors. The District offers employees the ability to pay premiums payment through post-tax payroll deductions. These voluntary policies and programs are available for purchase by the employee at the time of hire and during the District’s annual Open Enrollment.
