You have the right to cancel your dental and/or vision coverage at any time. If you cancel your dental/or vision coverage, you still need to pay for the current month. Please contact our Human Resources – Benefits Office to submit your request to cancel coverage.

Note: Your continued coverage on the District’s dental and/or vision plans is based on active enrollment. Unfortunately, if you cancel your insurance voluntarily or if you are canceled administratively due to non-payment, the carrier’s policy guidelines do not allow us to add you back on at a later time.

REMINDER: You can voluntarily cancel your coverage at any time during the year.

NOCCCD partners with Optum Health Financial Services to support the premium collection for retiree dental and vision benefits. For any questions or assistance with your monthly premium payments, please contact Optum Health Financial Services directly at 1-866-301-6681.
