The Human Resources Operations Division provides support in the areas of classification and compensation, employee personnel action processing, HRIS support, and talent acquisition.
Areas of Responsibility
Employee Services
Employee Services provides consultative services, support, and data management related to employee information. Employee Consultative Services, Position Management, and guidance related to Hiring, Onboarding, and Other Employee Matters.
Classification & Compensation
Conducts classification, position reviews, and salary analysis in an effort to promote internal consistency across campus.
Talent Acquisition
Manages the complete life cycle of hiring, including strategies to increase the diversity and quality of hires, promote the District as an employer of choice through inclusive practices, and incorporate best practices in recruiting and hiring.
Human Resources Information System Support
Evaluates and manages the HRIS, which includes employee data, employee records, workforce information administration and equitable classification/compensation of positions through the effective oversight of the District’s HRIS and programs for employees.
HR Analytics and Reporting
Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on human resources data to help organizations make better decisions.
