Rainbow Alliance of District (RAD) Employees (formerly GLADE) is NOCCCD's LGBTQIA2S+ faculty & staff association. 

RAD Employees is open to any employee of NOCCCD, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, who is committed to the Mission of the organization.
