Leave balances are available on the Employee Dashboard in myGateway.
Check stub and W2 history are available on the Orange County Department of Education Employee Information System (EIS). You may access your information here. A User Guide is also available to create your user profile and account.
For former employees (last worked 3 years ago or longer), please reach out to the Payroll Office.
Your user ID is 88 followed by your Banner ID.

The Payroll Department can complete your Verification of Employment forms when applying for loans. Please fax the form and your contact information to the Payroll Department at (714) 808-4753. The form will be completed and returned to you within 5-7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept Docu-signed forms. All loan applications must contain the employees live signature.
