leadership academy class of 2024

Congratulations to the Graduates of the 2023-24 NOCCCD Leadership Academy

Sixteen staff members across the North Orange County Community College District successfully completed the Leadership Academy

The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) Professional Development Department has created a District-wide Leadership Academy aimed at unlocking employees' potential to enhance student success and drive institutional transformation.

The Leadership Academy is a one-year coordinated leadership development program that brings classified staff, full-time faculty, and managers together in a supportive environment.

The program offers a comprehensive approach to leadership development, focusing on both personal growth and broader advocacy efforts. This prepares participants to become innovative change agents within the California Community College system. Recognizing and respecting the strengths and expertise each employee brings to the District, the Academy builds on these foundations, using a project-based model to cultivate new practices that advance the District's mission, vision, and goals.

Sixteen staff members across the North Orange County Community College District successfully completed the 2023-2024 Leadership Academy. Congratulations to them all on this fantastic accomplishment!  Learn more about the Leadership Academy
