The Payroll Department can complete Verification of Employment forms for NOCCCD employees applying for loans.
Please fax the form and your contact information to the Payroll Department at (714) 808-4753. The form will be completed and returned to you within 5-7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept Docu-signed forms. All loan applications must contain the employees live signature.
