The District provides the following trainings for faculty to ensure they are successful in their roles and help promote compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.

  2. Navigate to the 'Your Action Items’ section.
  3. Complete the training module. 
  4. Acknowledge your understanding of the requirements.
  5. Submit your digital signature.

Ongoing Information Security Phishing Campaign

As a part of the overall information security program, phishing campaigns run on a regular basis. Phishing awareness email and mock phishing email goes to all employees on a regular basis.

Below is post event tasks / enforcement- all reminder emails are system generated and will continue until the required training is complete.

  1. Refresher training for the fail-clicker users needs to be completed in two weeks
  2. Refresher training reminder sent every day after the due date
  3. Monthly security tips sent to all staff and students along with the announcement via myGateway
