The District provides the following trainings for faculty to ensure they are successful in their roles and help promote compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Steps to Complete a Training
- Log in to EdVantage.
- Navigate to the 'Your Action Items’ section.
- Complete the training module.
- Acknowledge your understanding of the requirements.
- Submit your digital signature.

Ongoing Information Security Phishing Campaign
As a part of the overall information security program, phishing campaigns run on a regular basis. Phishing awareness email and mock phishing email goes to all employees on a regular basis.
Below is post event tasks / enforcement- all reminder emails are system generated and will continue until the required training is complete.
- Refresher training for the fail-clicker users needs to be completed in two weeks
- Refresher training reminder sent every day after the due date
- Monthly security tips sent to all staff and students along with the announcement via myGateway
