Ergonomics
The purpose of NOCCCD’s ergonomics program is to identify and eliminate potential work related musculoskeletal disorder (WMSD) hazards in order to prevent employee injury.
The NOCCCD Ergonomics program is intended to comply with California state regulations Title 8 CCR §5110 and selected sections of current and proposed Federal regulations 29 CFR §1910.9001910.945. Modifications to meet these requirements will be made to this program as changing laws dictate.
District employees are able to access the following assessment forms, guidelines, and videos by logging in to myGateway. Under the District Forms tab, access the Risk Management folder, then the Ergonomics folder.
