The North Orange County Community College District offers District-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance to eligible employees through Lincoln Financial Group. The following groups are eligible for coverage:

  • Classified Employees (15+ hrs./wk.)
  • Classified Managers
  • Confidential Employees
  • Full-Time Faculty / Counselors
  • Academic Administrator
  • Executive Officers
  • Chancellor

Note: Temporary Employees & Adjunct Faculty are not eligible for District-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance. Employees are required to designate a beneficiary for this policy. The Beneficiary Designation Form should be completed and returned to the Office of Human Resources.
