Self-defense Training Workshop: A Sexual Assault Awareness Month Event

As part of our sexual assault awareness month activities, please join Campus Safety Director, Craig Lee, in a self-defense presentation.
Based on the foundations of self-defense best practices, this workshop will help participants to develop and enhance their options to defend themselves. This workshop will include discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for of all ages and abilities in a safe environment.
*Recommended to wear appropriate workout gear, tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.
