NOCCCD Women Champions of DEIAA

NOW ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS through Monday, March 3, 2025.

March is Women’s History Month, a celebration of the achievements women have made over the course of American History. The North Orange County Community College District would like to say thank you to all the women who have given us their time, energy, and attention so that we can continue building upon our legacy as “The Destination District.”

District administration is re-launching our District-wide NOCCCD Women Champions of DEIAA Recognition Awards for employees who do the important work of uplifting other women and advancing student success.

Submission Details

Who: Any current NOCCCD employee can nominate another current NOCCCD employee that meets the following criteria:

• Has demonstrated experience/efforts/outcomes advancing DEIAA at our institution and the impact they made in these areas
• How this person has exhibited leadership in advancing DEIAA
• Has made a difference in the nominator’s life

To Enter a Nomination: Please fill out this form for your nominee. The nomination link is now open and will remain open through Monday, March 3, 2025.  Chancellor’s Staff will review all of the nominations the week of March 3, 2025.

Recognition: A celebratory reception will be hosted by the Chancellor and the Office of Diversity, Culture and Inclusion at the Board of Trustees meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
