The California Community College Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) awarded NOCE a $1.8 million grant as the Community College Technical Assistance Provider (CC TAP) to enhance the technical assistance capacity currently provided for noncredit community colleges and the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) consortia.

CC TAP will support and promote CAEP efforts to:

• Increase student outcomes for CAEP noncredit students,
• Support career mobility for adult learners, and
• Provide equitable training and technical assistance services for the CAEP community.

Purpose
To bridge the gap between available digital tools, requirements on reporting, and current knowledge to provide general information to community colleges interested in starting a noncredit adult education program.

Grant Duration
A two-year grant from 2023-2025 focusing on technical assistance and professional development.
