Communication is at the heart of every organization. Whether to internal constituencies or external partners, the Public and Governmental Affairs department is tasked with conveying District-wide information and key legislative messages through a variety of mediums. The department serves as a resource to faculty, staff, students, the Board of Trustees, elected officials, and the general public for information that clarifies and enhances understanding of the District's mission, vision and values, as well as Board policies, programs and services.
