Faculty & Staff Associations
The Latino Faculty & Staff Association (LFSA) is a District approved association. We are open to everyone regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. If you are interested in promoting diversity and equity on your campus or within the district our association offers you an excellent opportunity to get involved and make a difference.

WHAT WE DO:
- Promote effective communication between segments of the Latino communities in our District
- Promote and advocate the principles of diversity as they pertain to faculty, staff and students of NOCCCD
- Promote the successful attainment of educational goals for Latinos at all levels of education
- Promote and support increasing the number of Latino students transferring to 4-year colleges and universities from our District
Our annual dues are $100 and payroll deduction will occur on a monthly basis (10 month period, September-June) at just $10 per month. Your donation goes to fund the annual Enrique Zuniga Scholarship fund, sponsor students to attend conferences and workshops, and to sponsor community and LFSA events. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
KIKI ZUNIGA SCHOLARSHIP: Application Due Spring 2024 (Date and time TBD).
Each year the LFSA awards at least three $300 or more scholarships to one Cypress College student, one Fullerton College student, and one NOCE student that are currently enrolled at our District, have the goals of transferring to a 4-year university, and demonstrate their commitment to the Latino community.
