Black Faculty & Staff Association is open to every employee in the District regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. If you have an interest in promoting diversity and equity on your campus or within the District, our association offers you and excellent opportunity to get involved and make a difference. Annual dues of $100 are collected through payroll deductions (10-month period, September - June) at just $10 per month. Part of the dues will be used to provide a total of 3 BFSA Scholarships annually, with one scholarship being awarded to a student at Fullerton College, Cypress College, and North Orange Continuing Education.
