EEO Plan
The North Orange County Community College District is committed to employing qualified administrators, faculty, and staff members who are dedicated to student success and the District's mission, vision, and values, recognizing that equal opportunity employment and diversity in the academic environment foster cultural awareness, promote mutual understanding and respect, and provide suitable role models for students.
The NOCCCD Equal Employment Opportunity Plan reflects our commitment to equal employment opportunity, as described in Board Policy 7100, Commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity. The plan will be reviewed at least every three years in support of these goals.
